  • Domestic Shipping:
    We currently offer shipping within the United States, including all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

  • Shipping Address:
    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check your address to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. Glamsopic is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address information.


2. Shipping Methods and Fees

  • Shipping Methods:
    We offer several shipping options, depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.

    Typical shipping methods include:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
    • Overnight Shipping: Available for urgent orders. Delivered the next business day after processing.
  • Shipping Fees:
    Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. The total cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

    • Free Shipping: Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions for select orders or on orders over a certain amount. Please refer to the promotions or announcements on our website for more details.
    • Shipping Costs: The shipping fee is determined by the weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery address.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays), order processing may take longer.

  • Order Confirmation:
    Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. This email serves as a receipt for your transaction. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate notification with tracking details.


4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping:
    Orders shipped via standard shipping are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    Expedited shipping generally takes 2-3 business days for delivery after processing. If you need a quicker delivery time, we also offer Overnight Shipping, which will deliver your order the next business day after processing.

  • Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Delays

  • Carrier Delays:
    While we make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors. If there are any delays in your shipment, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

  • Order Hold:
    If there are any issues with your order (such as an incorrect payment method, incomplete shipping address, or a security concern), your order may be held temporarily. You will be notified by email, and once the issue is resolved, we will ship your order as soon as possible.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items:
    If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at info@glamsopic.com or call us at (815) 535-9367. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by issuing a replacement or processing a return as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Lost Packages:
    Once your package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure its safe delivery. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us, and we will assist in resolving the matter.


7. Order Tracking

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided. If you have any trouble tracking your order or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.


8. Restrictions on Shipping

  • P.O. Boxes:
    Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for your order.

  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
    If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing the order.


9. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

Currently, Glamsopic only ships to U.S. domestic addresses. We are working on expanding our shipping services to offer international delivery. Stay tuned for updates on when international shipping will be available.
