1. Returns Eligibility
We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we strive to ensure that every order is delivered in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return. Please note the following:
- Returns: Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to the nature of our items (e.g., perishable goods, food items).
- Non-returnable Items: Custom orders, gift cards, or items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@glamsopic.com or call us at (815) 535-9367 within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping
- Return Costs: If your return is due to a defect or error on our part, Glamsopic will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Customer-initiated Returns: For reasons other than defects or errors on our part (e.g., you change your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The following outlines the refund procedure:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned product shows signs of usage or is not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund or deny the return.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will either:
- Replace the product at no additional charge.
- Issue a full refund for the item.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to qualify for a return or replacement.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@glamsopic.com or (815) 535-9367. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow the return process outlined above.
